10x10 Wardrobe Challenge | My Outfits & Final Thoughts
We made it! The #10x10Challenge officially ends today and I am feeling completely refreshed by my wardrobe and inspired to streamline even more in time for spring. Fresh on the heels of the challenge end, today's post and video is a complete rundown of everything I wore and why I paired the pieces that I did - along with a few accessories and jackets/blazers as needed. Below, I've outlined each my looks along with some of my reasoning behind them so that you can really get a feel for how I utilized my smaller than usual wardrobe for 10 days.

Happy Friday! I'm not sure if it's because I was working with an even smaller wardrobe than usual, or because spring feels closer than ever but I had an incredibly productive week and the start of some very exciting projects! On Tuesday, I shared a complete run-down of the 10 items in my 10x10 challenge complete with sizing and price information for each piece. My video on Wednesday was part 2 of my "How To Look Expensive" series which featured some of the styling tips I rely on to look luxe. I'm very excited to be turning this into a series and for part 3 I'm going to share some outfit combinations that always look like a million bucks so be on the lookout for that video soon. Yesterday's post kicked off a mini-series all about why I've decided to add a signet ring to my jewelry collection and how Ruffs is making that a reality. I've been researching signets and the features I'd like mine to have for many years, so I'm excited to share the information I've collected with you. I'll be sharing my design choices including shape, engraving and carat in my next post in the series but in the meantime, here are some of the things I've been loving this week.
Buy Now Wear Forever: The Signet Ring
If you've been here before, then it should come as no surprise that I gravitate toward classic, well-made pieces that I can wear for years to come. I extend this philosophy to everything from my blazers and sweaters to my footwear and jewelry, and would rather wait patiently for the perfect piece than settle for something else just to fill spot in my closet or jewelry box. With this ethos in mind, I have been slowly building a collection of classic, beautifully made, jewelry that I can wear and love for years to come. These pieces include delicate diamond studs, a simple gold bangle and dainty diamond necklace. As I've built this small but meaningful collection there's always been one piece that I've wanted - a signet ring. This classic piece is one that I have coveted for years for it's classic sensibility, rich history and customization, but I have waited to make it my own until I found one that met all my requirements for craftsman, style and design. After years of searching I've finally found the perfect piece and couldn't be more excited to add it to my collection for my 31st birthday this year. Beginning with this post, I'm going to share the entire process with you from start to finish. This series will include why I've decided to add a signet to my jewelry box, who I've decided to work with and why, along with the entire design process including my decisions for size, composition and engraving.
